The Canada Post Publication Mail (Pubmail) is a cost-effective delivery option for sending newsletters, newspapers and magazines. The name „Publications Mail“ is itself a gesture towards the acceptable. Expenses must also be sent at least twice a year, only within Canada, and through an active publications contract number (Pubmail) approved by Canada Post.
