The Canada Post Publication Mail (Pubmail) is a cost-effective delivery option for sending newsletters, newspapers and magazines. The name „Publications Mail“ is itself a gesture towards the acceptable. The following articles (and similar articles) are considered unacceptable because they do not cover the content or type of campaigns Publications Mail (Pubmail): Publications Mail (Pubmail) Rates depend on the unique specifications and purpose of the newsletter, newspaper or magazine. Please use the following height/weight guidelines (in relation to Canada Post shipping costs) to plan your pubmail format and budget: Publications Mail (Pubmail) refers primarily to non-advertising emails of a computer nature. This direct messaging solution is a more advantageous port alternative for powerful or heavy mailers that would otherwise be offered at package prices. Mailable Publications (Pubmail) articles can have a maximum ratio of 70% ads to 30% editorial content/message, in no more than 50% of published editions over a 12-month period. Expenses must also be sent at least twice a year, only within Canada, and through an active publications contract number (Pubmail) approved by Canada Post. Minimum dimensions: 100 mm x 70 mm x 0.18 mm (thickness) Maximum dimensions: 245 mm x 156 mm x 5 mm (thickness) The weight limits are 100 grams for standard special handling and 1.36 kg for oversized special handling. . . .
